Pregnancy Yoga
To help you to stay active and healthy during your pregnancy
Pregnancy yoga helps to support you as your body changes during pregnancy, helps to prepare your body for childbirth and reduce stress and anxiety.
The class is held in a boutique nature themed studio and spaces are limited to enhance the overall experience. The class ends with a relaxation to relax and calm the mind.
