A Little More About Me

Yoga for the Soul

I began my yoga journey over 12 years ago and I soon realised the benefits to my physical health and wellbeing by connecting the mind, body and breath that I didn't get with other fitness classes.

 

Yoga has helped me to be "in the moment" and through difficult times. I decided to develop my yoga journey by completing my teacher training with Seasonal Yoga. Seasonal Yoga is a style of yoga that is designed to align you with the changing energies of nature which is an additional benefit this brings to the practice.

 

Yoga should be accessible to everyone.  The name, 'Prana Kiki' is about equality for all regardless of your race, gender, disability, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, age and background. Everyone is welcome!!
