A Little About Me
Hello, I am Shirley and I look forward to seeing you at Pranakikiyoga.
I began my yoga journey over 13 years ago and I soon realised the benefits to my physical health and wellbeing by connecting the mind, body and breath that I didn't get with other fitness classes.
Yoga has helped me to be "in the moment" and through difficult times. I decided to develop my yoga journey by completing my teacher training with Seasonal Yoga. Seasonal Yoga is a style of yoga that is designed to align you with the changing energies of nature which is an additional benefit this brings to the practice.
I am also qualified in pre and post natal yoga and children's yoga. I offer yoga for children as yoga can give children tools to help to sustain and support them through their life. Family yoga classes are also available to help to nurture and bond the family. It is a great way to spend some fun and quality time together as a family away from every day distractions.
Some classes are suitable if you are pregnant or returning to yoga after having a baby, as yoga can support and assist the changing pre and post natal body and help you to stay active and healthy.
I offer 1-1 yoga or yoga for a small group of friends with classes tailored to your specific needs. Please get in touch if you are interested and would like more information.
